Tim Graver
Tim joined Prime Commercial Real Estate in 1994 as a Property Manager in charge of 400,000 square feet of office, retail and warehouse properties. His goal when joining Prime was to build the business into a full service company which broker’s, leases and manages commercial real estate. Since that time, Prime now manages and leases over 1,000,000 square feet of office, retail, and industrial property. In addition to building the business Tim has brokered and leased over $30,000,000 in commercial real estate. Some of his clients are the JR Simplot Company, Praxis Internal Medicine, All American Insurance, Meridian Police Activities League, Developmental Concepts, Welsh Studios, MacLife.
Tim received his Brokers license in 1998 and serves as the designated Broker, President and supports the property management division. In 2002 Tim received his designation as a Certified Property Manager. In addition, he became a candidate as a Certified Commercial Investment Member, CCIM.
Tim received a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration majoring in Business Economics from Rockhurst University located in Kansas City, Missouri in 1988. Tim is a member with two professional real estate associations; one is the Building Owners Management Association (BOMA) and the Institution of Real Estate Management (IREM), which he held the position of Vice President and President. Tim was awarded two scholarships from IREM to facilitate his completion of the designation. Tim is a graduate of Leadership Boise 1995-96 which is a program sponsored by the Boise Area Chamber of Commerce. Member of the National Association of Realtors.
One of his proudest accomplishments is receiving his Eagle Scout in 1980 from Troop 283 in Kansas City, Missouri. In that same year won a state championship in football as a 2 year varsity letterman with O’Hara High School.
Tim enjoys coaching and playing with his three kids Alisha, Carl and Pierce.
