Tim started Prime Commercial Real Estate in 1994 managing and leasing office, retail and warehouse properties.
Received brokers license in 1997.
Received Certified Property Management designation in 2002.
Earned CCIM designation in 2017.
Tim has brokered and leased hundreds of commercial real estate transactions. Some of his clients are the JR Simplot Company, Praxis Internal Medicine, All American Insurance, Meridian Police Activities League, Developmental Concepts, THL Holdings, Famco Investments, Bernal Associates.
Received a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration majoring in Business Economics from Rockhurst University located in Kansas City, Missouri in 1988.
Is a member of two professional real estate associations;
Building Owners Management Association (BOMA) Former board Member 2000
Institution of Real Estate Management (IREM), which he held the position of Vice President and President. 2001-2004
Awarded two scholarships from IREM to facilitate completion of the CPM designation.
Graduate of Leadership Boise 1995-96
Member of the National Association of Realtors.
Awarded Eagle Scout 1980 from Troop 283 in Kansas City, Missouri.
Won state championship in football as a 2 year varsity letterman with O’Hara High School, Kansas City, Missouri, 1980.
Tim and his wife Shana enjoy many activities with their 6 kids and 3 grandchildren.
